Alison, a Management System Consultant, is passionate about organizational development through engaged people and flexible structures and systems. She believes that while sustainable business success requires an adequate supportive facilitatory business environment, it can be realized only through effective teamwork and a quality and risk-based systems approach to management. With over two decades of experience working with companies as an external consultant, and in top and senior executive positions within both the public and private sectors, Alison is a Chartered Director with a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and Post Graduate Certificates in Project Management, Quality Management and Productivity.

She is considered one of the pioneers of the promotion of quality management systems and standards within the local industrial and service sectors, as well as in the development of related regulatory and non-regulatory Conformity Assessment Programmes. Her keen understanding of organizational systems has placed her at the heart of the transformation of many entities.

In addition to her consulting firm, Alison has founded and operated companies within the food manufacturing and renewable energy sectors, and she has served on several private and public sector boards locally and regionally, with the honour of also serving her country as an Independent Senator in the past. In addition to management consulting, she is involved in national and internal standards development in the areas of risk management, quality management and governance.
